OTP-verified booking & check-in
Every job starts with your verified mobile number. Your device gets a unique Job ID and is logged with its model, serial number and condition, so it can always be traced back to you.
Restricted lab access
Devices are handled only inside our lab by authorised engineers. Visitors are not allowed in the work area, and devices are kept in a secured storage area when not being worked on.
Write-protected diagnosis & cloning
We never work directly on your original data. The failing media is first copied (imaged) through write-blocking hardware, and all recovery work is done on that copy.
Confidential handling
Engineers open files only as much as needed to confirm the recovery worked. Your data is never copied to personal devices, shared or used for any other purpose. An NDA can be signed on request.
Secure delivery
Recovered data is delivered on a new healthy drive, or through a password-protected link for smaller amounts. Handover is done only after confirming your identity with the Job ID and OTP.
Secure erase after delivery
Once you confirm you have received your data, the working copy on our systems is permanently erased. A written data destruction confirmation can be given on request.

Accounts, Tally / ERP databases, legal files, medical records or CCTV evidence — we regularly work with confidential business data. Ask for a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement before you hand over the device, and we will share our handling process in writing.
